Solid wood, beautifully made (in Canada) and in almost new condition. Approximately 10 years old (but not older than 12) and beautifully cared for in a pet-free, smoke-free home for 8 years. When not in use the table has been padded and covered. Seats were recovered once and should be recovered again at my expense (I own an upholstery shop and can provide samples to choose from). Sold as a set only. If you insist on breaking up the set to take only the table/chairs you must pay full asking price. If you insist on insisting to break up the set you must pay the full comparable retail price ($3500-$3800)
